We offer numerous class offerings to meet your fitness needs. We recommend mixing it up to give your body and mind variety.
This class is a Vinyasa style yoga also known as flow or breath to movement. Think of it as a moving meditation. Breath work is incorporated to help relieve stress, create internal energy and to increase focus. Getting up and down on the mat is required so it is one of our more challenging formats but modifications will always be offered.
Low Impact Mix
This class is the best place to begin if you are new to working out or are recovering from an injury. We will incorporate light weights for strength training, simple cardio to increase your heart rate, core work and balancing for a full body workout.
Circuit Yoga Combo
This is the perfect class for those who want cardio, strength and stretching all in one. We use light and heavy weights for strength training, cardio to increase your heart rate, core work and balancing for a full body workout. Followed by an all levels yoga flow to let go, find calm, and ground down after a strong workout. Breath work is incorporated to help relieve stress, create internal energy and to increase focus.
Gentle Flow Yin Mix
This class is a chance to slow down. We start with a little light flow to connect with our breath, get our blood flowing and warm our muscles. This is followed by deep but gentle stretching where postures are held for a period of a few minutes up to 7. Props are utilized so you can be supported, comfortable and so you don’t stress or strain your body.
This class is for those that want to workout one on one and classes will be designed to meet your fitness needs. Classes are available by appointment.
Chair Yoga Mix
This class utilizes a chair, standing and balancing may be offered. Yoga, breathwork and a variety of fitness modalities including light weights will be incorporated. Private sessions available by appointment.
